Getting started

1. Sign up with your phone number and 6-digit OTP.
2. Create your shop (restaurant / kirana / medical / clothing / pan / general).
3. Add items in Inventory (or scan a menu/price list with AI).
4. Start billing from the calculator button on the bottom nav.

Common questions

How do I record customer udhaar (credit)?
Choose "Credit (Udhaar)" as payment mode while creating the bill — the amount will be tracked under the customer's ledger.

How do I share a bill on WhatsApp?
Open the bill and tap "WhatsApp" — it opens the customer's chat with a link to the bill.

How do I run a marketing campaign?
Open Marketing → New Campaign → pick audience (repeat / inactive / with-udhaar) → write message → Send. Wallet balance is used per message.

How do I top-up my wallet?
Contact the platform admin via WhatsApp/email above with the amount and your UPI reference. Balance is credited manually.

How do I delete my account?
Email us — deletion is completed within 30 days.
